PIPPENS (7 lbs): “Your Tupperware is a mess. Your life makes no sense. I’m here to point that out.”
SPICEY (125 lbs): “Everything is AMAZING! Even when it’s not! I’m here to celebrate anyway!”
JERRY (over 300 estate sales): “I translate what they observe. And add context from decades of watching people keep the wrong things and discard the right ones.”

PIPPENS
The Skeptic
[IMAGE: Photo of Pippens or simple cat illustration]
7 pounds | 7 years old | White cat
Nearly died at age 2. Survived. Now uses borrowed time to nap strategically and critique human behavior.
Observes: Why you keep containers without lids, rearrange furniture at midnight, and make plans you don’t want to keep.
Philosophy: “Most problems have simple solutions. You refuse to implement them.”
On birds: “Not interested.”
SPICEY PUMPKIN
The Optimist
[IMAGE: Photo of Spicey or simple Great Dane illustration]
125 pounds | 1.5 year old | Great Dane
Only survivor of a litter of 10. Decided being alive means celebrating EVERYTHING.
Observes: Why you don’t appreciate enough, forget to take walks, and look at phones instead of experiencing life.
Philosophy: “Life is SHORT! And LONG! But mostly WONDERFUL! Why be grumpy?!”
On birds: “VERY IMPORTANT! Different beaks!”
JERRY
The Translator

23 years of business liquidations, 5 years of estate sales, San Antonio-based
Helps people sort through lifetimes of possessions. Translates what Pippens and Spicey observe into human terms.
Expertise: Identifying value, business closures, what people keep vs. what matters.
Philosophy: “Between judgment and joy, I’ve learned what’s worth keeping.”
On birds: “Still undecided in their debate.”

The Story Behind This
This started as a joke.
Jerry would come home from estate sales and tell his pets about the day. About the family who almost donated a $3500 painting. About the client who kept 47 containers without lids. About humans doing inexplicable things.
Pippens would look unimpressed.
Spicey would wag her tail enthusiastically.
Both had opinions.
So Jerry started writing them down.
What began as observations about Tupperware and decorative pillows expanded into a larger project: documenting life from three very different perspectives.
Pippens brings skepticism and honesty.
Spicey brings enthusiasm and joy.
Jerry brings estate sale expertise and translation services.
Together, we observe lifeโhuman behavior, San Antonio culture, what people keep, what they discard, and what actually matters.
Twice a week, we share what we find.
No corporate speak. No fake positivity. No pretending we have all the answers.
Just honest observations from a 7-pound cat, a 125-pound dog, and a human who’s seen what happens when people reach the end and have to decide what was worth keeping.
